Clearing and Demolition

Clearing vegetation has become a hot button for environmental groups. Too often we see jobs which have employed a clearing contractor who has not kept the intent of the designer in mind and cleared beyond the limits. These errors can be costly to correct. Blount Construction will check the grading plan, the utility plan and the landscape plan before mobilizing to ensure we have the desired intent. In addition, we routinely provide alternate pricing to grind and leave the chips on site to provide LEED credit.

Demolition of existing improvements has been upgraded within Blount Construction with the addition of our own dumpsters. We are no longer at the mercy of overbooked C&D waste haulers. Grinding pavements is another way Blount Construction improves customer service. We frequently grind pavements for utilization throughout the various phases saving the customer time and money.
